a nice size and huge room with a brand new bathroom and a laptop-size safe, central heating, and a work desk. location just next door to local bars and cafes, central oviedo and the city centre.

The hotel had fantastic staff working who were very helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to visit.

I slept very well thanks to comfortable beds and its quiet location. The breakfest buffet was delicious and cheap.

Futuristic interior lacks charm and does not always work well.

The hotel staff was very helpful and speaks excellent english. The hotel locattion is quite good but not close to historic center, but has many neighborhood restaurants. The breakfast for 4 euros is a good bargain.

The room decor is not to my taste and liking for it's too stark white and cold in feelings. The same white lighting is the bath is no help either. There is no english channel on tv.

The 24-hour reception was great when I needed to check in at 3 am. The staff was so helpful, they practically held my hand the whole time. And the lobby was just fabulous, I felt like I was in a palace!

Oh, and let's not forget the "innovative cuisine" at the restaurant. I've never tasted anything so unique.

Clean, moderately appointed room in a good location for an economic price.

The staff was affable and supper friendly, welcoming services. We asked for guest room and it was outstanding. Plus it had pleasant view of street. The vibe here was quiet!

Located in a nice neighborhood right on the banks of the river, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim Museum as well as Bilbao's Old City. Rooms are large enough; decoration of rooms is nothing special. Parking is available at 20 Euros per day right underneath the hotel.

Great hotel for those who like blue lights, music and spaceship control panel in their shower.

Basically this is only slightly upgraded version of Etap. Location is quite far from city center, however, it is still difficult to find parking place.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and modern. The room was quiet and spacious. Wifi in the room. Very nice dining area with good breakfast buffet. The garage was filled but we had no trouble parking on the street in front of the hotel and the receptionist fed the parking meter while we were visiting the city.

This was our second visit to the Nap hotel and it is still as good as it was the first time

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the smell in the lift shafts, possibly due to its water recycling system, but don't be put off it does not get into the rooms.

The location was great and not too far from a popular sculpture, and the spacious unit had good lighting, a TV, and a bedroom.

The staff was very kind and really helpful. About the room, I really liked the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was just fine!Oh and the price for a 4 star hotel was a deal.
